About 16 Seater Travel
The bridal car, the guest minibuses and the run home, all from one Sussex company. Most couples hand us the whole day: the vintage Beauford for the bride, the black Mercedes for the groom and family, and minibuses for the guests.
Tell us your venues, your timings and roughly how many guests, and we plan every movement of the day, from the bridal car at the front door to the last minibus home. On the day you have one contact who knows the whole plan, and one price for the whole day.
GUEST MINIBUSES Modern 16-seat minibuses, dressed with ribbons. Hotel and station pickups, ceremony to reception, a shuttle through the day and safe runs home after the last dance. Up to four can arrive together, 64 guests in one go.
THE WEDDING CAR The Beauford, a vintage open tourer in ivory with tan leather, wire wheels and whitewall tyres. Hood down for the photos, hood up if the weather turns.
THE LUXURY CAR A black Mercedes, dressed with ribbons and flowers in your colours, for the bride, the groom, the parents or the VIPs.
Always included: chilled Prosecco, ribbons in your colours, unlimited waiting and a uniformed, DBS-checked chauffeur.
HEN AND STAG DOS The same minibuses take hen and stag groups out for the day or night: vineyard tours, Brighton nights out, the races and a safe ride home.
Working on Sussex weddings since 2011.
